Do all building toys come with their original retail box?

 

Yes! All building block toys from SJK Toys are shipped in their original retail box, sealed at the factory to ensure authenticity and quality.

 

Why buy toys with the original retail box?

Purchasing toys in a sealed retail box reduces the risk of missing pieces and guarantees you receive the exact set you ordered—whether it’s Reobrix, CaDA, or another premium brand. It also protects against low-quality or counterfeit bricks from unverified sources.

 

What if my set has missing parts?

We’re really sorry if your new building set arrives with missing pieces. Don’t worry—just contact us with your order details, and we’ll send you the replacement parts free of charge.

 

What if the building instructions are missing or damaged?

If your set is missing instructions or the booklet is damaged, let us know which set you purchased. We’ll provide you with a downloadable copy so you can get building right away.

 

Does SJK Toys ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally. 

 

Will I need to pay extra import duties, VAT, or customs fees?

Customs and import taxes are not included in your checkout price. Most of the time, our shipping partners handle this so you won’t need to pay extra.

What is your returns & refunds policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Damaged or defective products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
